Refund policy
General Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at contact@rugsac.in with details of the product and the defect.
Please note, any such requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for processing.
A complete refund is processed in cases of damaged/defective product received only when a replacement for the ordered article is not available.
Metal Bracelet Watches from OBLIK
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your watch, you may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Applicable only to products explicitly marked as eligible for return on their respective product pages. Each product has its own return policy, clearly stated on its product page. We offer free cash refunds under the following conditions:

Purchased at Full Price: Only watches purchased at full price are eligible for a return/exchange. Watches purchased using promo codes or during sale are not eligible for a return/exchange.

Timely Request: Return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Product Condition: The watch must be returned in the exact same condition as it was delivered. This includes keeping the watch and all of its components (e.g., box, manual, tags) in their original, undamaged state.

Return Process: To initiate a return, visit Rugsac.

Inspection: Once we receive the returned watch, it will undergo a thorough inspection to verify its condition. If the watch meets our return policy criteria, a refund will be processed.

Refund: The refund will be credited as soon as the product is delivered back to us in the exact same condition as it was originally delivered. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to appear in your account.
All Other Products
In cases when the delivered product is different from the ordered product, the correct replacement will be offered, and a refund will be issued only in cases when the replacement is not available.

Right to Withhold Refunds
We reserve the right to withhold refunds or deduct an amount from the total refund if we have credible evidence that:
- The buyer had no intention to make a purchase.
- The buyer changed their purchase decision immediately after making the transaction.
This clause is implemented to ensure the integrity of our transactions and to prevent misuse of our refund policy.
