• What is FutureForm™ ?

FutureForm™ is a proprietary heat fusing core technology that helps to reduce stitching and gives the wallets a premium leather-like hand feel. Engineered to break in but never break down- FutureForm™ keeps Pioneer wallets in like-new condition for years.

• What does Machine Safe mean?

Machine safe simply means that all our wallets are 100% machine washable. Dirty wallet? Throw it in the wash. 

• Are the Lenses UV protected?

We take eye health seriously. All our lenses come with polarized lenses that offer 100% protection from UVA and UVB rays.

• Do the frames/lenses come with warranty?

All ROAV sunglasses come with a 2 year manufacturers' warranty. This warranty does not cover scratches on lenses, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

• Do the hinges/joints loosen over time?

All ROAV sunglasses are designed using our proprietary micro screw-less hinge design. This means that the hinges/joints are formed within the 2 adjoining metal parts and hence never become loose. If for any reason the hinges do get loose we'd be happy to repair or replace the part for you at no charge.

• Can I shower with the bracelets on?

Excellent question. All of our bracelets are weather-resistant; however, please note that long-term exposure to extreme wet conditions such as showers, swimming, and daily workouts might affect the long-term durability of the bracelet itself. 

Metal styles: Because this collection is made out of stainless steel, exposing it to wet conditions and manmade chemicals and then allowing it to dry constantly will cause the plating on the steel to lose its shine and plating over time. We do not recommend showering with the item on or submerging the bracelet in regular and chlorinated water. 

Nylon/Cotton Styles: Although our Nylon and Cotton are of excellent quality, we do not recommend showering or submerging this style in normal water and chlorinated water as it will affect the integrity of the bracelet and will cause excessive stretching with time. Please spot clean using mild soap and cold water allowing to air dry. Do not toss in the wash or submerge completely in water when cleaning.
